Can I apply to OHIP for hair removal?

I have constant ingrown hairs on my legs, both upper and lower that cause pain at times. I have tried everything else that my estetician suggested and it doesnt work. Am I able to apply to Canadas OHIP to see if they can cover the costs of permanent hair removal? If so, how do I go about this?
