Laser hair removal?

a user called time4colts answered this question 2 months ago...here is her answer

"Ive had laser hair removal done to my facial area. Laser removal is good for many reasons. It lightens hair over a period of six treatments or more, and makes the hair finer in texture. It also is only attracted to dark pigmented hair. So, if your a Blondie or have lots of fine lighter hair, this procedure may not be for you. Over all, Ive been pretty satisfied. Keep in mind that not all the hair is permanently gone. About 80% is gone, and there's no guarantee that it wont come back when i go thru menopause or other hormonal changes. That has allot to do with hair growth of any kind. Unless you have a smaller targeted area that you cant live with, in my case a dark mustache, save your money and invest in a good razor. Laser hair removal is very costly! "

i hope this helps because i really don't know anything about it! :)

no problem, thanks for the rating! :) Report It

Laser hair removal?

Not safe. Plucking each hair one by one is safer.

Laser hair removal?

just get one of those final touch hair remover , it's much cheaper , laser remover only works on dark hair and the treatment dosen't work the first time it could take 3 to 4 times and it is costly

Laser hair removal?

well from what i hear the more laser treatments you have it kills the hair follicle and after enough visits the hair takes long to grow back

Laser hair removal?

My friend is in the process of laser hair removal.

I say process because that's exactly what it is.

She is getting her legs and bikini area done.

It takes at least 3 times of going in

to have the hair be removed permanently.

Each visit is super expensive

and also leaves the area red and sensitive.

My friend showed me hers and it looks like a rash.

Of course, if you are only getting your lip hair removed,

it is going to be less expensive

and you may only need to get it done a couple times

in order for it to be permanently removed

since the hair there is thinner.

But the best thing to do is talk to a professional

about your specific needs.

She will be able to give you exact answers.

Also, ask how long the rash lasts for.

Although you can hide most of it with makeup,

you don't want it on your face for any length of time!

Good luck :)
