I've been waxing or shaving completely "down there" for many years now and am wonderi

successful permanent hair removal treatments. Is electrolosis the only option? Has anyone done it? How successful is it?

I think you should visit an American Laser clinic. They have many locations inside the U.S. You will usually need to complete six treatments before the hair is permanently removed. American Laser also offers free treatments if the hair is not completely gone after the sixth treatment. Laser hair removal is expensive, but American Laser has payment plans. It may take three or four months to permanently remove the hair. Not many people get electrolysis anymore. It's more painful and time-consuming. I think it's more expensive too.

I have a friend who did laser hair removal down there. She was very happy with it.

Keep in mind that pubic hair may come back into fashion. Bald (or nearly) could end up looking silly and old fashioned.

I know it's hard to imagine, but body grooming fashion really comes and goes. Not too long ago, all of the playboy models had pubic hair (not just landing strips). Chances are good that pubes will come back into fashion some day.

I would look into laser therapy. electrolosis takes forever, it's very expensive, and painful! I had my inner thighs lasered and want to continue to include the same area----for the same reasons.

Laser hair removal is a great option and works very well on the bikini area. My wife has her ua's, bikini and legs done 6 years ago and the hair is still gone.

Make sure you go to someone qualified, however.

Electrolysis is very time consuming and hurts alot more.
