Who has experienced lazer hair removal?

I am thinking about having facial hair lazer removal and would like to know if anyone has had a negative experience or side effects. Does it cause skin dryness or wrinkles, does it work. Does it remove all the hair? Is it permanent? Thank you all

I'm in the process of getting my bikini area done, and so far, so good. No side effects, a little bit of pain, nothing that can't be handled. A lot less painful than waxing. I don't know if it causes dryness, but they do tell you to put on some lotion afterwards, probably just to keep the area moisturized as I imagine it would dry out the skin somewhat. It is permanent, but since your hair grows in cycles, some will be dormant when you go for your treatments, and so it'll take about 6 treatments, (for me, about a year) to be hair free. And once a hair is lasered, another will never grow from the follicle again. So it is permanent, it'll just take a while.

I'd say make an appointment for a consultation, they're generally free, and they can answer all your questions and concerns. Just know that the treatment works best on dark, coarse hair, and will not work on blonde, grey or very fine hair. There may also be a problem if you're dark skinned, with the treated area becoming lighter than the surrounding areas. But they can tell you all about that when you go.

Ive had laser hair removal and can say that i have not experience any bad side effects, saying that everyones different, what works for one person might not for another. It takes a few sessions for the hair to be removed completely which can be quite expensive, but all in all laser hair removal is the better option. Waxing is another alternative which removes the hair for up to 6 weeks.
