Honestly, I have yet to learn about any permanent hair removal cream. I am pretty in to hair removal being that my skin is really fair and all my hair is black never heard of permanent hair removal cream. However, I do want to let you know FYI using hair removal creams or razors or pretty much anything besides tweezing and waxing on your face is not a good idea. You will start to get a five o'clock shadow eventually that will never go away. As much of a pain as waxing is it is really the only safe way. Try Nads wax you can get in at CVS for $19. It is great you don't have to heat it, it takes 30 seconds, and it washes away with water!
