Facial Hair Removal?

My daughter has excessive facial hair around her chin area. It works on her self esteem constantly and frankly, I'm just tired of helping her pluck those hairs. I am looking for some advice about permanent hair removal or at least semi-permanent. Help!

Facial Hair Removal?

I don't know what your financial situation is, but laser hair removal is FANTASTIC. I'm an adult, so don't have to deal with the self-esteem issues of the young...I just use Nair, wax, etc. But I recently did three laser hair treatments at about $75 apiece and ended up completely hair free. It worked exactly like they said it would.

And in my case, it was completely painless (they use lidocaine gel to ensure this) and left no visible marks afterward so no one knew. My skin is fairly sensitive too. They told me it's acceptable to use make up immediately after (I'm assuming this is true for all laser hair removal and I wasn't the exception) so you can cover any redness anyway.

It work best on people with fair skin and dark hair, but I think newer methods and lasers are making it work better for EVERYONE, not just fair brunettes.

Good luck. This is not only a nuisance, but I know it's embarrassing and difficult for some people. Hope it works out for you and her!

Hi, I am curious which hair removal you used, there are so many. I have had 7 treats and the hair has not gone away :( However it has reduced the thickness but can you suggestion me which company or laser place you used. Thank you so much contact cute_tweetie_pie@yahoo.com Report It

I would take her to get it waxed. It does hurt but eventually it will quit growing. I would start w/ a routine of every 2 wks. then eventually 3 and so forth.

Facial Hair Removal?

waxing is semi permanent.Electrolosis makes in thinner and last longer.

Facial Hair Removal?

Plucking (tweezing), Shaving, Depilatory creams and Waxing are temporary hair removal methods.

Waxing usually lasts for 3 weeks, but it is painful.

Electrolysis and laser hair removal are "permanent" hair removal methods but are expensive and you have to find a trained professional, otherwise your skin could be damaged.
